Doh! Mistake to Announce and Rectify

Update: 1 Hour after posting this and sending out email blast. Well, what I did the first time shouldn’t have broken the links and what I just did shouldn’t have fixed ‘em, but it did! Good news is that you’re ACSB volumes are good as is. Also, I don’t have to spend most of tomorrow emailing out updated ebooks!

Original post: I had a bit of a "whoops” moment a week or so ago. For those that have purchased any of the 8 Volumes of the Comprehensive Study of the Bible (ACSB), you probably noticed that in the Publishing Notes section and in various places on the website there are links to the outlines in the books. The links are to PDF versions of the outlines which are graphical in nature, not text, and consequently may not be as easy to view on some small e-readers as you or I would like. PDFs however are easy to download and even print to facilitate your study through each of the books of the Bible.

Well, I was doing some housekeeping in my data assets and somehow managed to break the links to those PDFs, not only here in the website, which is easy to fix, but in each of the ACSB ebooks y’all have purchased! OUCH! That realization and inability to recover from it was a sanctification taxing moment, to be sure.

One quick fix is that you go get all the outlines for the entirety of the ACSB volumes: All Outlines for all 8 Volumes of ACSB

The other fix is that I email you an updated copy of the ebooks you have purchased with the updated link in it. That is what I’m going to set about to do shortly after sending up this post. Keep an eye out for your updated ACSB volume(s) and if I fail to get it to you by end of day, Wednesday, April 4th, email me at tim@ComprehensiveChristianity.com and let me know.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I’d like to say that “the person responsible has been sacked”, unfortunately, I cannot sack myself, but I can smack myself, so that’s the direction I went. :-)
